Shine is a movement for women to empower them for evangelism.  Robin's good friend Liz Doyle was given the directive by the Lord to have events in all 50 states to awaken the evangelist in women in the country.  She has done something similar in other countries and the events were met with eagerness to share the gospel with others.  Robin knew this was a ministry she wanted to be involved in.
